With the epic end to the 2022 trip, the Boys thought it would be cool to trace the northern border of the Roman Empire, following the natural river borders of the blue Danube and the Rhine River. Sadly at the same time the Boys were heading across the globe, the horrible news came across that the bard of their times Jimmy Buffet, shifted from the mortal coil into immortality in song. While Jimmy never sang about going to Split, Budapest, Vienna, Triers, Aachen, Luxembourg, London, Bath, York, and Edinburg, he did talk about "Changes in Latittudes, Changes in Attitudes," which Mike and Bone used as a guide on this trip, especially the section of the song "Reading departure signs in some big airport (or train station, or car rental) reminds me of the places I've been. Visions of good times that brought so much pleasure makes me want to go back again. If it suddenly ended tomorrow, I could somehow adjust to the fall. Good times and riches and son-of-a-bitches, I've seen more than I can recall. These changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes. Nothing remains quite the same. Through all of the Adriatic islands and all of the Scottish highlands If we couldn't laugh we would all go insane." So in tribute to Jimmy, Mike and Bone, trod a similar path as the Huns, Slavs, Visigoths, and Magyars, which left a swath of destruction from Eastern Europe to Western Europe, all the way to the northern border of England well into Scotland!
