deserve your 20 bucks back. When Mike and Bone went to the Outer Banks in 1993,
it was on the heels of a Hurricane, and all the lower Outer Banks south of Nags
Head (Which includes Cape Hatteras and Ocracoke Island) were closed and the
boys felt like they just saw National Lampoon's Vacation Number 19. So
with unfinished business and the opportunity to go sea kayaking in Ocracoke the
boys set out for their second assault on the Outer Banks.
